Municipality of Tweed: Taste of Tweed @ Memorial Park

The Municipality of Tweed’s popular ‘Taste of Tweed’ event is happening on Sunday, September 14th, 2025. We’re excited to invite you to a day brimming with delectable food, all locally sourced and prepared by our five local chefs. We are looking forward to a fantastic event again this year! Tickets for tastings by 5 chefs/local producers are $25, now on sale and available at the Municipal office or on Eventbrite.

Taste of Tweed is part of Hastings County’s inaugural ‘Farms Open’ weekend Sept. 12 -14th – a celebration of local farms, agritourism businesses and community in Quinte and Hastings County. Visitors are invited to embark on a self-guided tour of participating locations, to meet the passionate growers, producers, and hosts behind the scenes. Learn more on the event website.

If you’re an agri-food or beverage business in Hastings County and are interested in participating in the farmers’ market at ‘Taste of Tweed‘, or if you have an unique idea you’d like to collaborate with us on for the event, we’d love to hear from you. Please don’t hesitate to contact our Community Development Coordinator, Cindy Chow, at (613) 478-2535, ext. 115. We’re looking forward to your participation!
